Celebrating Francine Campbell Foster: A Woman of Faith, Service, and Lasting Impact
Today, I proudly honor my beautiful wife, my queen, and my ministry partner, Francine Campbell Foster. A devoted woman of God, compassionate servant leader, registered NICU nurse with over 20 years of dedicated service, and passionate advocate for community wellness, Francine has spent years faithfully pouring into the lives of others through ministry, mentorship, healthcare, health education, and outreach. Her unwavering faith, generous spirit, and commitment to serving Godās people have touched countless lives and helped lay the foundation for a legacy of hope, healing, and transformation.
Long before Fosterās Outreach Ministries became an official nonprofit, Francine was faithfully serving Godās people through ministry, fellowship, mentorship, health education, and community outreach. At Friendly Church, where many of the seeds that would later become Fosterās Outreach Ministries were planted, she has helped strengthen and support ministries that continue to impact lives today.
As a dedicated Health Ministry Leader and experienced Registered NICU Nurse, she works tirelessly to promote wellness, education, compassion, and hope within the church and throughout the community. Her passion for helping others is matched only by her love for God and His people.
This beautiful centerpiece featured here is one of her many creations, a reflection of the creativity, excellence, and attention to detail she brings to everything she does. Whether serving through ministry, outreach, leadership, nursing, or design, she always gives her very best.
Today, as she presents at church, I celebrate not only her accomplishments but her heart. Thank you for standing beside me, believing in our vision, and helping to build a legacy of service that continues to bless lives in New York, Jamaica, and beyond.
